An organized group excursion around the high-strength fastener plant BERVEL for Rybnoye boarding school pupils was held on September, 14.

In course of the meeting staff members showed pupils the territory and manufacturing areas of the plant, demonstrated product types and manufacturing process as well as introduced them to the staff and top management of the plant. Graduates were also told about future perspectives and labor order of the plant. Moreover, pupils were informed about the employment system and all required job profiles. Boarding school graduates also learned about social benefits, average salary and recent graduates program.

After the excursion pupils had dinner in the plant canteen. Finally, graduates of the boarding school were given presents and sweets.

Hoping for further cooperation, the principal of Rybnoye boarding school invited representatives of the plant BERVEL to have a tea party.
