On April 6, the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Dietrich held a working meeting with the heads of regions of the country on the implementation of the national project “Safe and high-quality roads”.
Ryazan Region was represented by Governor Nikolai Lyubimov.
The meeting was held within the framework of the All-Russian Forum “National Projects - the“ implementation ”stage, which takes place in the Moscow Region at the Sberbank Corporate University site.
In the national project "Safe and high-quality roads" integrated a similar regional project, which applies to the entire road network of the Ryazan region. Its main segment is the Ryazan agglomeration, in its composition are six municipalities: the city of Ryazan, as well as Ryazan, Rybnovsky, Klepikovsky, Spassky and Pronsky districts. The total length of the agglomeration road network is 1106.2 km.
The project, with a financing volume of more than 24 billion rubles, is calculated until 2024. With its implementation, the share of roads in the region that are in standard condition will be increased to 42.7%, and the number of crash concentration points will significantly decrease.
The plant of high-strength fasteners "BERVEL", located in the Ryazan region, has been manufacturing for several years, including and fasteners for the needs of infrastructure construction - one of the fields of application of which is the fastening of protective barrier fencing elements on highways and bridges (bolts with an enlarged cap head and a reduced square neck of accuracy class C, resistant to corrosion damage and not requiring preparation on a building site before staging in connection).
