According to theFederal State Statistics Servicecar production output has increased by 24.3% during the first two months of 2017.
About 101.000 cars rolled off production lines in February, resulting in a rise of 0.9% in annual terms and 18.5% compared to January, 2017.
Vehicle output has also risen by 51.9% in Russia during the first two months of 2017.The output of buses in February has reached 2.000, that is 35.1% less in annual terms and 3 times higher in comparison with January, 2017.
Cargo vehicles output from January through February has increased by 10.4% in annual terms. In February, Russian car makers produced more than 11.2 thousand trucks, 3.1% lower in annual terms and 2.6 times more compared to January, 2017.
