"BERVEL" has passed the procedure for registering a trademark on the territory of Russia. The plant has been the rightholder of such outside the Russian Federation since the day of its foundation. Now we have expanded the geography of the use of exclusive rights in connection with the increased frequency of counterfeiting of our products and our certificates in the domestic market.
Moreover, our products are widely used in construction projects, contracts for the implementation of which undergo a public procurement procedure and subsequent control by the prosecutor's office for the provision of reliable quality certificates.
We remind you that along with the liability for counterfeiting products and certificates in addition comes liability for illegal use of the trademark.
We urge consumers looking to buy our branded products on the open market to be vigilant. This is especially true of high-strength fasteners, the shortage of which in high-quality performance in the domestic construction market attracts scammers.
