With the construction of the Gazprom skyscraper "Lakhta Center" in St. Petersburg, active road development began. ZVK BERVEL is directly involved in the implementation of projects of transport interchanges in the city providing construction sites with fasteners.
New transport interchanges were absolutely necessary: Primorskoe Highway and Savushkina Street are always overloaded, and the traffic intensity is only growing.
Currently, construction work is actively continuing, experts estimate the readiness of the facility at 70%.
The cost of the project is almost 4 billion rubles. The high-altitude and Air roads have already been built, but traffic on them is not yet open. The plan for the reconstruction of the transport network also included the construction of two new roads near the business center.
According to the contract, everything should be completed in 2023, but, according to the specialists of the contractor company, it is planned to hand over the facility ahead of schedule.
